In every class, you'll learn to make delicate, flavorful crusts accented by a few well-placed char marks. You'll practice three different pizza-stretching techniques using three different doughs. You'll also help to prepare toppings from the freshest local and finest imported ingredients. Finally, you'll also make fresh-from-the-farm salads and toss them with vibrant homemade herbal dressings.
