Our outdoor woodfired cooking classes are part hands-on, part demo. All of these 3 1/2 hour classes focus on making the most of ingredients from our garden and local farms. Sometimes we will be roasting meats in the gorgeous woodfired oven, sometimes we will be grilling seafood on our Big Green Egg or Weber Grill and sometimes we will be smoking and slow cooking beans in our stainless steel, smoker. We will be using the best seasoned wood and the finest charcoal and wood pellets to enhance our experience.
August should be perfect for eating outside on our beautiful deck, but if it is too cool or too hot, we can move inside to our elegant dining room. As always, we will provide iced tea and or watermelon lemonade.
These special outdoor cooking classes are weather dependent. If we must cancel them due to rain, we will offer to refund or reschedule the class.
