CLASS DATES: Sun. October 22 (3:00-6:30pm) Our Mediterranean Class will give us the opportunity to smoke a leg of lamb in the Big Green Egg. Side dishes and desserts will be cooked in the Woodfired Oven and Memphis Grill smoker. Most of the ingredients for these classes come from our garden and local farms. Homemade Pasta Class

November 12 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

CLASS DATES: Sun. November 12 (5:00-8:30pm) We’ll make our pasta from scratch, roll it out and create our own fillings and sauces. These beautiful pasta dishes will feed a crowd and please the most discerning foodies. Best of all you can make these dishes the day before your holiday celebrations! Melon and prosciutto, salad, iced tea, boozy tiramisu are included.
