Homemade Pasta Class

Sun. December 8, 2019 (3:00-6:30pm)

We’ll make our pasta from scratch, roll it out and create our own fillings and sauces. These beautiful pasta dishes will feed a crowd and please the most discerning foodies. Best of all you can make these dishes the day before your holiday celebrations!

Class is hands-on and intimate so you will be sure to leave with recipes and skills you can apply at home.

SPECIALTY MENU INCLUDES:

Fettuccine Alfredo
Lasagne with Bolognese Sauce
Lasagne with Wild Mushroom Sauce

Melon and Prosciutto, Salad, Iced Tea, Boozy Tiramisu are included.

Roman Dinner Party

Sat. September 7, 2019 (5:30-9:00pm)

The main course will be farm raised slow-roasted porchetta cooked in the smoker and finished in our woodfired oven. While we wait for the pork to finish cooking, we’ll munch on woodfired Roman style potato pizza and dive into some antipasto with pickled vegetables and cured meats. We’ll toss together beautiful salads from our garden and the farmer’s market, toast some croutons, stir up vinaigrettes, and bake a luscious stone fruit crostata.

There will be plenty of time to share stories, drink wine, review recipes, and if you are interested, I’ll tell you more about my fabulous trip to Rome.

Signature Pizza Class

The Signature Pizza Class is perfect for pizza aficionados. You’ll work with three different doughs using three different flours and cook them in three different ovens (electric, gas, and woodfired). You’ll also have the opportunity to design your own unique pizza using our premium imported cheeses, salamis as well as vegetables and herbs harvested straight from our garden.

Class is hands-on and intimate so you will be sure to leave with recipes and skills you can apply at home.

Appetizer, salad, gourmet pizzas, iced tea and dessert are included.
