Jillyanna's Cooking School Philosophy
Our goal is to give you the recipes we've developed and the techniques you need to make beautiful Italian inspired food and to expose you to the wonders of woodfired cooking.
In every pizza class, you'll learn how to make delicate, flavorful pizza crusts accented by a few well placed char marks. You'll practice two different stretching techniques using two different doughs (American and Neapolitan). You'll help prepare delicious toppings based on the freshest local and finest imported ingredients. You'll also make fresh-from-the-farm salads and dress them judiciously with the most vibrant homemade herbal dressings.
